"Anyway I stop by looking to locate my vehicle which was picked up by State farm at an impound. I picked him at random. Anyway he was helpful. Although we never located the vehicle. And he did try for 20 minutes. However I'm still dissatisfied with State farm in itself in the way it's run. Like why can't stay for him run the VIN number for the vehicle and tell me where it is? I have called I have emailed I have went to the office of a state farm agent... Although it is a complicated situation it's still ridiculous."

"My experience, interaction with Joseph Boozer of StateFarm renewed my hope that the practice of providing “World Class Customer Service” still lives a select few. Joseph was professional, knowledgeable, and human. Joseph took the necessary time to explain my auto insurance policy I was seeking but also was patient and understanding when I declined to add the coverage. There was tone inflection, no all of a sudden hurrying, and he answered all of my concerns. The entire interaction was such a great experience we took the time to discuss personal interests.

I will NEVER purchase my insurance online again, I will be a return customer to Joseph and if any family, friends, or acquaintances are in need of insurance Joseph will be the contact information I provide.

"I had a very frustrating and misleading experience with this office. I was initially given a low quote for car insurance, but during a phone call, Rick tried to upsell me on personal item insurance (for a laptop). He made it sound like adding this would lower my overall cost due to a multi-policy discount.
Based on that explanation, I agreed. However, only after I gave my credit card information, he then clarified that the personal item policy would be billed separately — meaning it was actually an additional charge, not a savings.
I immediately told him on the same call (around 4:30 PM on March 18, 2026) to cancel/void everything and that I would not be switching policies. He said “okay,” but that turned out not to be true.
The next day, I received a missed call saying a refund had been issued — but not when I originally requested cancellation. Days later, I still had no refund. When I called the office, I was told they had to “submit a request” for a refund instead of simply voiding the transaction the same day.
Why wasn’t this canceled immediately when I asked? It feels very deceptive, like the policy was processed anyway just to count toward sales quotas. As of April 1st, I still have not received my refund."

"Thank you for your feedback. I sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation has caused. After reviewing what happened, I completely understand how a miscommunication like this can be upsetting.

I see that you wanted your policy to be effective on 4/1, and maybe didn't realize that providing your payment information to Rick would result in an immediate payment that same day. Unfortunately, we don’t have the ability to void transactions directly, we must submit a request to our corporate office, and they manually process such adjustments. This can take some time and I appreciate your patience while this is being handled.

Regarding the separate charge for the Personal Articles Policy this policy provides a premium adjustment that actually lowers the overall cost of your car insurance. I understand that this can be confusing, so I have shared your feedback with my team to ensure we communicate these details as clearly and transparently as possible moving forward.

I also tried reaching you by phone and left a voicemail. Feel free to set up a time for us to talk one on one if I can help in any way.

Thank you again for your understanding, and I wish you all the best."

"si tu hablas español, Carlos es tu mejor opcion. se toma su tiempo para explicarte todo sobre tu cobertura de forma que quedes feliz con la eleccion de cobertura. creo que nunca habia tenido un agente de seguros wue trate de hacer su trabajo de una forma tan profesional

"Today I spoke to Mr Joseph at State farm and helped me get my car back in short and getting my car on the road Joseph was such a wonderful patient understanding young man he made sure he kept in contact with me to help me get my car back the day is the coldest day it has been in Georgia and I was so cold and so frustrated about being on the bus Joseph made sure that he called me in contact me he was very patient and when I contacted him when he got situated and held at his other client he did call me back it was a wonderful experience and I continue to stay with State farm throughout the next time that I'd be driving my 2017 Nissan Vista State farm agents are wonderful and I thank her for all their understanding and her compassion and helpful that they get Joseph was wonderful I thank you for having him"
